Refund Policy

Refunds are processed for successful payments where booking is not confirmed due to operational or technical reasons.
Once sample collection is completed, the booking is not eligible for a full refund. In case of a partial report or operational failure from our side, only a partial refund will be eligible after review.
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days depending on banking timelines.
