Refunds are processed for successful payments where booking is not confirmed due to operational or technical reasons.
If sample collection is completed, refund eligibility depends on test processing status. Fully processed tests are generally non-refundable.
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days depending on banking timelines.
